From catalogue to order
Products are offered for sourcing to order. Catalogue prices in CAD are indicative, based on comparables; they are not firm offers or stock guarantees. An initial request takes no payment and creates no purchase commitment. We confirm specifications, final product prices, freight and lead time in a quote available in your account. An order becomes binding when you expressly accept that quote within its validity period. Expired or replaced quotes must be renewed.
Prices, delivery and tax
The quote total includes the products and freight listed. Rive-Sud Pro Inc. reports that it is not registered for GST/QST; these taxes are not currently charged. Future registration changes will be reflected in new quotes before acceptance. Additional charges will not be added to an accepted order without your prior agreement where required. The precise destination and delivery arrangements are agreed in the quote or documented follow-up.
Specifications and lead time
Displayed minimum quantities are proposed commercial thresholds, subject to consolidation and manufacturing possibilities. Required samples, materials, dimensions, branding and certifications are validated before commitment. A brand used as a pricing comparator does not promise supply of that brand. The proposed lead time specifies its starting point; material changes require your agreement.
Payment, changes, cancellation and returns
No online payment is collected. Offline payment terms are specified in the final quote before acceptance. Change, cancellation, return and defect-handling terms, especially for customized production, are also specified before acceptance. Contact us promptly about quantity, shipping or conformity concerns. These terms do not limit rights or warranties that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
Account and records
Keep your email account secure and do not share login codes. Quotes and acceptances are recorded with versions and timestamps. Check your account to follow requests; automatic notifications of new quotes are not yet provided. Signing out does not delete the account or records needed for follow-up.
Language and questions
The site and terms are available in French and English. Quote details are prepared in the language of your request. Contact info@rivesudpro.ca before accepting if a specification or term is missing or unclear.
